  • Design, customize and implement complex business processes including workflows, APEX code, and API integration while maintaining the data integrity and security of multiple environments within the CRM (Salesforce) system.


  • Ability to lead projects that include detailed technical information and processes and transform it into engaging and effective instruction
  • Articulate presentation skills with the ability to present materials to stakeholders and training Colleagues
  • Proficiency in CRM platform (currently Salesforce) with a detailed understanding of how the end user uses the system
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn various technology systems and work with SMEs to design instructional materials
