Enrollment Coordinator

Description:

*Responsible for planning, managing, organizing and administratively leading enrollments, from start to finish. This would include coordinating the timing and scheduling of multiple enrollments within an assigned territory and maintaining a calendar of those enrollments. This position is also responsible for adjusting the number of sales representatives needed to conduct and complete the enrollment as planned by adding or removing sales representatives from the enrollment as needed. Will also determine the number of days needed to complete the enrollment, trouble shoot any issues that may arise, monitor performance of sales representatives during the enrollment, track availability of sales representatives and  manage enrollment set up and systems used in the enrollment. The Enrollment Coordinator will work with the local manager and sales representatives assigned to the enrollment to ensure quality control, cost containment, consistency, Customer satisfaction and an overall  positive enrollment for the Customers and production results for the Company.

*Will maintain and/or establish a working relationship with account decision makers and will attend account meetings associated with the enrollment. To meet the needs of the Customer, the Enrollment Coordinator can change or alter enrollment plans established by the acquiring sales Colleague. Based on evolving or changing dynamics of the agreed upon enrollment plans, this position can recommend adding products or services to the enrollment or suggest alternate enrollment platforms.

*Responsible for the investigation and resolution of Customer complaints associated with the enrollment. It will be the responsibility of the Enrollment Coordinator to follow up with the Customer to understand their perspective, request a written statement from the sales representatives or managers involved and interview and investigate the circumstances associated with the Customer complaint. All information obtained along with recommendation of the Enrollment Coordinator on how best to resolve the matter, will be provided to the Region Operation Manager and Region Vice President for final approval.

Requirements:

  • Greater Pittsburgh and Harrisburg, PA area
  • One to three years of experience in sales or sales support
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to interact, consult, influence/persuade, negotiate and direct
  • Extremely flexible
  • Strong knowledge of Visions and AFEnroll enrollment platforms
