AWD Account Development Coordinator

AFA / AWD

Description:

The Account Development Coordinator will be responsible for new account development by gaining new Employer customers or adding products/services or negotiating opportunity with existing customers. This position may partner with brokers, associations, unions, etc. in order to gain Employer customers. The individual selected will work closely with AFA (AFES and AWD) field staff to sell products to existing and prospective AFA customers. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 120 hours of college credit preferred
  • 7-10 years’ experience in employee benefits, preferably selling administrative or consulting services to employers. Proven track record in sales and building rapport with Home Office Colleagues and Customers. 
  • Licenses: Life & Health and Series 6/63  are required or able to obtain.
