Description:

Spec, WSG Client Services I: CLIENT SERVICES: Provide Client Services to assigned territory of approximately $50-100 million enforce annualized premium to support and develop strategy to support worksite client needs with focus on new sales growth and retention of the territory, through relationship building with field sales and management and as internal liason with knowledge of products, processes, and services, with regular direction from department manager or higher level specialist. * PRODUCT MANAGEMENT: Support Client Product and Services portfolio growth of assigned territory to a minimum 15% ROE and 5% Earned Premium Growth; make recommendations and/or assist with strategies to install new products and services for assigned Clients, and making recommendations and/or assisting with negotiating with clients plan changes and/or rate increases as needed. * TRAINING, COMMUNICATION, AND PROJECT SERVICES: Assist functional areas with client communication, product and process education, and lead projects identified as a need or as assigned by department manager to support growth of assigned client base. Requirements:
