JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Identifies employer and association needs for new value-added services that are marketable and bring new fee revenue to AFA Worksite divisions.
* Develops and implements new employer benefit service solutions and enhancements to existing employer services under the guidance of the Worksite Group and Strategic Business Units, driving projects from idea to implementation and tracking progress along the way.
*Drives the creation a culture of innovation within the Worksite Group to develop ideas for new employer benefit service solutions based on evolving customer needs.

SKILLS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's Degree
Must have 3 or more years experience working in employee benefits.

Must have good project, organizational, and time-management skills in order to manage multiple projects on multiple time lines.

Must be self-directed.

Must able to facilitate collaborative effort among team members.
