*Responsible for managing non-technical projects from original concept through completion as assigned by the Executive Vice President of the Corporate and Human Resources Division,the Director, Human Resources, or the Director of Total Rewards. * Assists in all areas of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, HRIS, training, recruiting, etc. as needed. *Serves as a liasion to Managers and Colleagues company-wide on projects and HR practices and assists all areas of human resource, as needed.


Bachelor’s Degree From Four-Year College or University Journalism, Communication, Marketing, HR or related area of study required 5 to 7 years experience 1-2 years experience in human resources Years needed to be job specific Strong knowledge of HR recruiting, compensation, benefits, compliance, workforce planning. Exceptional group facilitation skills including ability to lead discussions around scope, schedule, resources and quality Strong negotiation skills Very strong communication skills, including written, verbal and listening which can be deployed successfully when addressing entry level Colleagues to management to senior executives Strong analysis and interpretation skills. Ability to develop project documents (agendas, minutes, flowcharts, etc.) and communication materials (emails, presentations, manuals, standards, policies, etc). Ability to present materials to stakeholders and train Colleagues. Experienced in leading teams and committees of all sizes effectively. Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate diplomacy and tact in all situations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and proficiency to learn new software programs that may assist in execution of projects, such as Innotas, Visio, etc.
