| Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline or equivalent work experience
•Five to Seven of marketing, communication, or advertising experience preferred, including three to five years experience in the insurance industry and/or marketing corporation or agency.
•Excellent layout and design skills (print and web) from either previous work experience or education.
•Working knowledge of sales, advertising marketing techniques.
•Advanced layout and design skills, ability to create for print or web.
•Copywriting skills, ability to write within divisional “voice” marketing publications.
•Knowledge of insurance products and industry.
•Ability to lead projects while handling multiple projects at one time.
•Fully proficient on both PC and Macintosh Platforms.
•Familiarity with advertising and state compliance laws.
•Fully proficient knowledge in Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint
•Fully proficient and advanced knowledge of design and illustration software including Adobe Photoshop CS2, Adobe InDesign CS2, Adobe Illustrator CS2, Adobe Acrobat Professional and Quark
•Proficient in web/audio visual software including Dreamweaver, Flash, Macromedia Contribute, Fireworks, Adobe image ready, Go Live.
•Working knowledge of video editing and production including filming, editing, slicing and post production
