Project Coordinator, WSG Marketing
Type of Position:
*Responsible for managing communication tasks and projects from original concept through completion as assigned by the AVP Business Development, Training and Recruiting or the Chief Marketing Officer and other members of the Worksite Group Marketing leadership team. Examples of such projects include producing and maintaining Health Care Reform information and resources (such as webinars), and events related to value added services, communication for new service offerings; or producing and maintaining sales analytics, developing/programming/maintaining the companies CRM philosophy and system, and other special projects.
* Develops project objectives, assembles task flow, organizes project schedule, tracks and analyzes project and maintains communication to all stakeholders..
*Performs research and writes clear, concise summaries to communicate information in a variety of media formats to share information with Colleagues and customers.
SKILLS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong research, analysis, and interpretation skills.
Ability to lead projects involving complex themes, communications related to value-added services. and misc. projects.
Ability to develop documents (informational bulletins, e-mail blasts, document updates) and communication materials ( presentations, manuals, PowerPoint documents, internal communications etc).
Ability to identify and work with third party resources, such as indivdiuals from government entities, to gather information, perhaps build coalitions, and help advance AFA objectives.
Ability to present materials to stakeholders and train Colleagues.
Ability to understand benefit plan administration processes.
Experienced in absorbing information quckly and summarizing in an understandable format..
Experience managing complex projects and working with multiple kinds of technology (e.g., webinars, websites, etc.)
Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
Must be able to maintain objectivity, demonstrate diplomacy and tact in all situations.
Proficient in PC Windows-based software including Microsoft Office applications.
Must have or be able to quickly develop expertise in employee benefit matters generally.
