| *Direct and oversee the implementation and management of the AFA COBRA Administration service including oversight of compliance, state and federal COBRA law, the continued maximization of process efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the goals, mission and objectives of AFA are achieved, and to ensure that the Customer is treated fairly by meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
*Responsible for all coordination and management of employer services provided to employer groups by AFA, such as COBRA Administration, Platform use, Dependent Verification Review and other Employer Services to ensure the Division and company strategy are met. Involved from initial oboarding of services and administration through cost analysis for after-implementation review.
*Supports new process development, and improving current processes, through writing / modifying procedures for colleague performance needs as well as MAR documentation. Also analyzes process flow for staffing and cost analysis, assembles task flow, and determines staffing requirements.
