| *Consult with and Advise both Home Office and Field Sales Colleagues/Managers on various human resource policies, practices, programs and benefits.
Answers questions regarding human resource policies and procedures, programs, benefits. Responds to basic questions on HRIS system problems, identifying potential issues and grievances, and involving other HR staff and management as warranted by the situation.
*Special projects to assist the Division Head and Department Head as requested. May include preparation of documents, reports, spreadsheets and powerpoints.
*Record management as it pertains to the personnel files, including setup, imaging, importing and quality control and assistance with responses to subpoenas. Perform data entry in Ultipro HRIS (new hires, terminations, etc.) and assist Colleagues and Managers with the UltiPro self-service questions and problems. Report writing and preparation of documents and spreadsheets. Process all sign-on and referral bonuses.
