*Consult with and Advise both Home Office and Field Sales Colleagues/Managers on various human resource policies, practices, programs and benefits. Answers questions regarding human resource policies and procedures, programs, benefits. Responds to basic questions on HRIS system problems, identifying potential issues and grievances, and involving other HR staff and management as warranted by the situation. *Special projects to assist the Division Head and Department Head as requested. May include preparation of documents, reports, spreadsheets and powerpoints. *Record management as it pertains to the personnel files, including setup, imaging, importing and quality control and assistance with responses to subpoenas. Perform data entry in Ultipro HRIS (new hires, terminations, etc.) and assist Colleagues and Managers with the UltiPro self-service questions and problems. Report writing and preparation of documents and spreadsheets. Process all sign-on and referral bonuses.


3 to 5 years of basic office experience. 1 to 3 years of Human Resources experience. Proficiency with PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications, Internet browsers (to include conducting research), email systems, imaging systems and HRIS (preferably, UltiPro). Basic math skills. Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations (for example: when working with irate job applicants, disgruntled Colleagues, etc.). Ability to Handle All Levels of Communication, Ranging from the General Public to the Owner of the Company. Diplomacy, Empathy and Tact Customer Service Skills, Covering a Wide Range of Subject Matters and to Include Difficult Situations Ability to Maintain Confidentiality Ability to Apply Policy and Procedure Strong verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and Prioritization Skills. Time Management with Ability to Organize and Meet Deadlines Good Telephone Skills
