| Assists in the design, maintenance, validation, communication and implementation of home office and/or sales compensation strategies, programs and systems. Includes developing and/or recommending compensation policies and procedures as well as incorporating organizational compensation strategy and market trend analysis.
Responsible for Home Office and Sales Compensation Program modeling (base and incentive components as well as company, business unit, team, product and individual components and short-term/long-term measurements), analysis, pricing, and reporting.
Responsibilities also include active participation on compensation committees and sub teams as well as developing plan documentation and program compliance. Position provides input into the systems administration for compensation.
