Type of Position:
Leadership, Oversight and Establishment of Strategy, Direction and Results for the Following Programs that are Both Compliant and Meet Organizational Requirements within Multi-State, Multi-Company Environment to Include:
Total Rewards: Compensation (Sales & Corporate), Benefits, Wellness, Retirement
(qualified defined benefit and defined contribution, non-qualified deferred compensation
and SEP), Workers Compensation and Leave Programs.
HRIS, Technical and Process Improvement Initiatives Relating to HRIS & Divisional
Co-Responsibility with Manager Talent Management for Employee Relations Regarding Complaints and Charges, Including Investigation, Strategy, Response and Resulting Actions (Until Transitioned to Manager Talent Management Over 1-2 Year Time Frame).
Divisional Representative for Organizational Initiatives to Include Enterprise Risk Management; Legislative Risk; and Discovery and Response-Related Policies and Processes.
SKILLS OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
7-10 Years of Progressively More Responsible HR Leadership Experience to Include Proven Ability to Grow and Mentor Team. At Least 5 Years with Extensive Involvement with Total Rewards and HRIS. Extensive Experience with Employee Relations and HR Compliance Matters Preferred.
. Very sophisticated knowledge of compensation, benefits and total rewards strategy, design, measurement and implementation. Also, sophisticated knowledge of employment and benefits-related law. Additionally, strong operational and HRIS knowledge.
. Strong Analytical, Strategy Development and Problem Solving Skills.
. Effective communication (verbal and written), facilitation, persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills.
. Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently. Evidence of working effectively in a Team environment is essential.
