Co-Responsibility with Manager Talent Management for Employee Relations Regarding Complaints and Charges, Including Investigation, Strategy, Response and Resulting Actions (Until Transitioned to Manager Talent Management Over 1-2 Year Time Frame).
Divisional Representative for Organizational Initiatives to Include Enterprise Risk Management; Legislative Risk; and Discovery and Response-Related Policies and Processes.
